Chris Rathe, Co-founder, Chairman, CEO
Before co-founding PriTest, Chris co-founded Metacode Technologies,
Inc., a San Francisco content management software firm. As
COO/CFO Chris helped develop innovative technology with million
dollar sales, and led the company through a $150M merger
with industry leader Interwoven, Inc. During his tenure at
Metacode, Chris oversaw strategic business planning, fund
raising, intellectual property matters, physical and IP security,
legal and licensing agreements, and administration of daily
operations.
Chris also co-founded Bio Research Laboratories, Inc. (BRL),
a Redmond, Washington biotechnology company, managing BRL’s
analytical laboratory business.
Chris has a B.S. in business administration and finance law
from Portland State University.

John Majnarich, PhD, Co-founder, Board Member
As a PriTest Co-founder, John’s 40 years of biomedical
experience plays a key role in identifying and verifying key
requirements for the PriTest’s products.
Currently the president and scientific director of Bio Research
Laboratories (which he co-founded), John served as director
of Medical and Biological Research Laboratories of Bothell,
Washington from 1954 to 1965. In 1966, John became associate
director of Enzomedic Laboratories and then director of the
Biological
Division when it became Schick Laboratories. John has also
directed Seattle’s Biomed Research Laboratories and Biomed
Inc..
John holds a degree in chemistry and zoology from Washington
State University and PhD in biochemistry from the
University of Washington.

Roy T. Grant, Board Member
A finance professional, Roy brings nearly 20 years experience
directing and managing the financial affairs of high technology
companies to PriTest.
He was CFO of Wayport, Inc., a Texas company that delivers
high-speed Wi-Fi wireless services. As CFO of Iridium, LLC,
Roy raised $5 billion of new financing including $3 billion
during the development stage of the company. He took the
company public through a $240 million IPO in June 1997. From
1992-96, Roy served as finance director for Edison Mission
Energy, the largest independent power developer in the United
States, and earlier, worked as director of corporate
finance for Marriott Corporation and as managing director
of banking for American Airlines.
He holds a BS degree in administration and management science,
mathematics and economics from Carnegie Mellon University
and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
